ＣＤＣのＬＤＬコレステロールの基準分析法であるBeta-Quantification法は、前述の超遠心法で得られた下層部分(BF)の血清中のコレステロール(BF-C)をAbell-Kendall法で分析し、それからＨＤＬコレステロール値(HDL-C)を差し引いたものを、ＬＤＬコレステロール(LDL-C)と見なす方法であります。つまり、LDL-C=(BF-C)-(HDL-C)という式から、ＬＤＬコレステロール値が求められます。 |
